Our mission
Shaping ideas through creativity,

Over the past 50 years, as a small business in Kochi Prefecture, Japan, we have built up a wide range of experience.
One thing we have always kept in mind: to become more competitive, a business must look not only at the numbers but at its people.
As design management draws more and more attention, we provide the tools that companies and people new to design need to organize their information, and we keep working to make everyday work more enjoyable.
Story
Why we founded BLOCKDESIGN
Design matters more in business every day. We believe Japanese companies need people with design knowledge to stay competitive. Many Japanese products and services are of high quality, and the ability to present them well through design can make them competitive internationally.
We want to support small businesses and startups through design, so that they can raise their chances of success, build a lively culture and last for generations to come. To do this, we founded a design management company in Singapore in January 2022.

白木 久弥子
After graduating from Waseda University, she worked on international audits as a certified public accountant and tax accountant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC. She then led the second founding of CHIKAMORI, a food manufacturer in her home prefecture of Kochi. Since 2020 she has shared PowerPoint know-how with the aim of making presentations across Japan more stylish, and also works as a presentation creator. In 2022 she founded BLOCKDESIGN, a design management company, in Singapore.
